A 100ml diffuser holds its scent for about two months. Longevity shifts with ventilation and temperature — a breezy room turns over faster than a still one, so a diffuser in an open hallway may finish sooner than one tucked into a quiet corner.

Flip the reeds once a week to refresh the release, and place the vessel where air moves through the room. More reeds means a fuller scent; fewer means something quieter. Start with fewer and add until the room feels right.

Clip or hang it from a vent, mirror, or visor — always away from heat sources and never over an airbag. The fragrance releases slowly as the car warms and moves, and a little goes a long way in a small space.

The glass vessel is built to withstand heat, but we recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight. Park in the shade where you can — heat accelerates evaporation, so a shaded car holds the fragrance longer.

Our formulas are non-toxic, and we use fragrance oils rather than concentrated essential oils that are known to be toxic to cats or dogs. Still, reeds and oils are not meant to be eaten — keep them where curious noses and paws can't reach, and place the diffuser up high when in doubt.

There is no flame and no smoke, so there is nothing to burn or inhale. Still, keep diffusers out of children's reach, as you would any home fragrance.

Do not drink the oil, and keep it out of eyes. Avoid placing the bottle on untreated or polished surfaces — a coaster is your friend. Wash hands after handling reeds.
